As a Human Resources Generalist, I provide employees with a variety of support services. I am responsible for Staff Relations, Compensation,
Recruiting and Leadership Development, which includes partnering with line managers to select and develop leadership talent. In addition to my
Staff Relations duties, I manage diversity initiatives, performance management efforts, and help direct business strategies to build a
high-performing work environment.
CitiMortgage provides me with a challenging and stimulating work environment. There are many opportunities for growth, both personally and
professionally - this adds to the overall satisfaction gained from being a Citigroup employee.
I am confronted with new situations daily and am challenged to perform at a very high standard. In such a dynamic environment, things are
